Fitness with Julie: Chair Yoga

Chair yoga is a good, safe exercise routine; like yoga its good for breathing, flexibility and creating a calming effect within; plus a few other reasons; for those reading this and who ACTUALLY care enough about yourself to try it I applaud you! 'If you try, you risk failure. If you don’t, you ensure it.'"
