Fitness with Julie: At the Gym with Dumbbells

This week I am at the Gym demoing some Dumbbell work; I am out of my wheelchair today; focusing a lot on core balance as well as arm movements, remember it does NOT matter how you do it as long as you try and get it done your own way! Keep up the Good Work, No pain; No gain, see ya next week 🙂
