Fitness with Julie: Adapting Workouts for You!

Have you ever seen workouts on Pinterest or other social sites and you wonder how can I do those or you think I can’t (first of all never say you can’t do something) work with what you have and press on! Well let me take you through a workout that is for someone who’s not in a wheelchair and I will adapt for those of us in wheelchairs words that have difficulty standing!
