Fitness with Julie: Equipment

USE WHAT YOU HAVE

We may not have all the things we desire, however for fitness if you use that thing between your ears 😉 you will achieve a lot more and progress your fitness.

Case in point I’ve done squats a few times in the bathroom holding onto my sink with the safety of my toilet behind me… I now do squats in my kitchen holding onto sink with nothing behind me; progress!

When getting into your fitness regime take your time, it is your workout. It’s been said “you get what you put in” and pretty sure progression, even just a little at a time is what you want!

Below are 2 pictures of the fitness equipment I have (my favourite as I am more stable on my legs now) is the TRX (which is hung on my door).
