The above quote is true for myself and I am sure for others as well, challenges are physical, mental and emotional, here are 2 videos of myself doing ‘Superman’s! I invite you to take on a physical challenge (this was also mental-mindset)!

  1. NICE JOB JULIE – check out the MS Gym on You Tube. I unknowingly did MANY of these exercises and stretches in my personal train for Pilates after I was diagnosed in late 1998. I think is was about the three year mark when my Nero Doc. saw that I was for the most part holding my own (little or NO progression). I continued doing my intense workouts and four years later he agreed that some iif not most of my symptoms were GREATLY reduced or totally gone! God willing, I still do and always will do a good work-out and stretches that challenge my balance – just not as intense as I was (5 days per week at 2+ hours each) and I rode my recumbent trike as much). I still ride usually 5 days a week and do a Pilates class, or yoga, and or swim at least once per week – need to do a little more I think. So keep up your exercise, it does make a difference. 😉
