Fit Friday with Julie: Guided Meditation

Hello; welcome to Fit Friday with Julie-  wherever you’re sitting or laying down if you like;  place your hands palms up on lap, back off chair(if sitting) & close your eyes

I would like to take you through a short guided meditation and please remember to breathe deeply in & out through your nose and after the guided meditation keep those eyes closed and continue meditation…
